Hey, I’m Rayssa. It’s pronounced HIESA and that’s why everybody calls me Ray, it’s just easier. I’ve been managing Trek for the past years and I completely love it. All the way from Brazil you might catch some of my pronunciation mistakes or strong accent but please, give me a break, it’s my second language! When I’m not at Trek, I’m around. Jokes, but kinda true. I love watching Netflix, singing and talking to my friends & family back home. Come for a chat whenever you want some tips from a foreigner living in the coolest capital in the world!

Dan

Hey I’m Dan. Just a small town girl from Hawkes Bay finding her way through the big city. I’m 25 and have been with Trek in one way or another for about 2 and a half years in total. I’m into pretty much anything people have going on but in my own time you’ll find me vibing out to good music and playing video games or out getting good food. I’m really into Hip Hop but most genres tickle my fancy. Anyway I genuinely don’t know how to write these things so I’ll leave you with a ‘peace out girl scout’, come have a yarn sometime!

Mariana

Hi, my name is Mariana and I am from Brazil.
I have been with Trek about 2 years in total, I started as a housekeeper and now I am the Housekeeping Supervisor.
So if you make a mess, I will be there to save the day!
When I’m not at Trek, I’m around animals, all kinds of animals, I just love all of them. Because of this, I studied Animal Science.
My mum always said that my passion for animals can sometimes get out of control – one day I rescued 30 street dogs and I took all of them home with me. In my heart, there will always be space for one more haha 🙂
Hope one day in this world all animals will be loved as much as we love chocolate.

Hi, I’m Sean! I’m originally from Whangarei, the northernmost city in New Zealand. I’m studying law here in Wellington and working at Trek part-time. My hobbies include several sports, traveling whenever possible and I even dabble in stand up comedy sometimes 🙂

Thais

Hey there, my name is Thais, pronounced like Thai (as in Thailand) – Ees (like fleece). I was born in the south of Brazil and fell in love with New Zealand even before I moved here. During my free time I enjoy taking to the road to explore the outdoors and feel connected to nature. I am absolutely amazed by the natural landscapes around the world, and I hope one day I can travel to see every single one of them. I love to be out in the sun and walking along the Wellington waterfront or hanging out at one of the many beaches around it 🙂
